When out in the midday sun, wear a hat or headscarf, try braids or slick your hair back into a bun so the ends are protected. The ends are the oldest part of your hair and are more susceptible to damage.
An obvious one but it still isn’t always the first thing we do.Like our skin, our hair needs sun protection so, without fail, always use a UV sun protection on your hair when you’re catching some rays. Multi-task by applying a deep moisturizing treatment or masque when the hair is wet, and loosely tie it up.

Before jumping into the sea, wet your hair in the shower. When the hair is already wet, the hair cuticle will be protected from chlorine or salt overload.
